Most fifth wheels offer a main bedroom and a second sleeping area—often a rear or mid bunk room, a loft, or a convertible sofa or dinette. However, travelers who want more privacy and comfort for guests will likely want a fifth wheel with two bedrooms, and it’s a bonus if the second bedroom also has its own bathroom.

A 2 bedroom 5th wheel can be a game-changer. It’s a great option for families with older kids, teenagers who need space, or anyone traveling with grandparents or friends. The second bedroom is usually on the opposite end from the primary suite and many feature a loft above, creating a perfect setup for families and guests.

Several RV manufacturers make two-bedroom fifth wheels, but finding them can be tricky. We’ve rounded up several of our favorite fifth wheels with two bedrooms to explore how a second bedroom affects the rest of the living space. Each model approaches this two-bedroom floor plan differently, so you can choose what’s best for you based on your required sleeping capacity, preferred RV size, and budget.

Key Takeaways

  • Enhanced Comfort and Privacy: Two-bedroom fifth wheels provide additional sleeping space and privacy, making them ideal for families with older children or for traveling with friends and extended family.
  • Family-Friendly Features: Models like the Keystone Montana High Country 381TB and Forest River Sierra 4002FB are designed with families in mind, offering amenities such as separate entrances, loft spaces, and multiple bathrooms to enhance convenience and livability.
  • Versatile Layouts: These RVs come in various configurations, including rear or mid-bunk rooms, lofts, or dual primary suites, providing flexible sleeping arrangements to accommodate different needs.

Is There An RV With Two Primary Bedrooms?

Luxury fifth wheels with dual primary bedrooms have become increasingly common in this RV segment. When people hear about campers with 2 bedrooms, they might mistake these for the more common fifth wheels with a bunk room, which have a separate, private room for the bunks. However, 5th wheels with two complete bedrooms feature more than those bunk rooms. They often include wardrobe and dresser storage, separate bathrooms, and a king, queen, or full-sized bed in both sleeping areas.

Specs

  • Length: 42’5”
  • Dry Weight: 14,451 pounds
  • Cargo Capacity: 2,254 pounds
  • Sleeps: Up to 10

The Montana High Country 381TB offers a unique feature that’s especially handy for a two-bedroom fifth wheel: a rear door. This makes it easy for guests to get in and out without disturbing anyone. Plus, the second bedroom has a full bath. This is the double-suite treatment! Your guests get almost as much as the front primary bedroom. The caveat? This rear bedroom has a loft above, meaning a slightly lower ceiling.

The loft can be a storage or sleeping space, whichever suits your crew. We love the opposing windows for cross ventilation and the open railing to keep little ones safe while offering a unique “opera box” TV viewing experience.

Beyond the layout, this is an elegant fifth wheel with residential stainless steel kitchen appliances, power theater seating, beautiful shaker-style cabinets with hidden hinges, and an electric fireplace. Don’t miss the central kitchen island, coffee or buffet hutch, and residential fridge with an ice maker.

With dual opposing slides in the living and kitchen areas and bed slides in both suites, you and your guests will have enough space to cook and dine together while enjoying ample privacy and comfort in the dual bedrooms.

If you were worried about losing comforts to the rear bedroom and bath, don’t be! More than a third of the floor plan is dedicated to the front primary bedroom, which includes a full bath, a king-sized bed, prep for a stackable washer & dryer, and a large wardrobe.

Specs

  • Length: 43’5”
  • Dry Weight: 12,889 pounds
  • Cargo Capacity: 2,611 pounds
  • Sleeps: Up to 6

The Forest River Sierra 4002FB is one of the most thoughtfully designed two-bedroom fifth wheels with a layout that balances luxury, function, and flexibility. It offers two full bathrooms, making it an excellent option for families or full-timers who frequently travel with guests.

The front suite establishes a true residential getaway thanks to its spacious layout and ample storage in a sliding door wardrobe. Its built-in shelves offer smart clothing storage, while a washer/dryer hookup ensures long-haul convenience. Nightstands and overhead cabinets flank the queen bed, and the private bath includes a large fiberglass shower with a seat.

Midship, you’ll find a well-appointed kitchen and living area benefitting from the shared space. Behind the entertainment center, a hidden walk-in pantry is perfect for keeping snacks and supplies tucked away. A 16-cubic-foot residential refrigerator provides serious food storage, while the waterfall-edge solid surface countertop and extension are stylish and handy. A freestanding dinette and 60” theater seating provide comfort for dining and lounging.

But it’s the rear suite where this model shines. First, the loft includes three bunk mats, carpet, dual cabinets, an additional storage area, and prep for a wall-mounted RV. Then, the private queen bedroom with double wardrobes, a dresser, TV prep, and a full bathroom,  including a private entry door. This feature gives guests (or older kids) a true sense of independence and minimizes disrupting the rest of the household.

Altogether, the Sierra 4002FB nails what a two-bedroom fifth wheel should be. Spacious, flexible, and equipped to make life on the road easier.

Specs

  • Length: 43’
  • Dry Weight: 15,222 pounds
  • Cargo Capacity: 2,778 pounds
  • Sleeps: Up to 6

The two-bedroom Keystone Montana 3915TB is designed as an entertainer’s fifth wheel. Step into a sprawling main living area with a hide-a-bed sofa and power theater seating across from the entertainment center with a smart HDTV. Below the TV, an electric fireplace adds ambiance while you enjoy an evening movie. Unlike some of our two-bedroom living areas, the dual opposing slide-outs and television placement make this space more open and inviting.

While the loft doesn’t offer a viewing angle of the TV, it allows Mom and Dad to keep tabs on the kids while prepping meals in the kitchen. The loft features three bunk mats and shelving to store clothing, books, and other belongings.

The mid-ship, U-shaped galley kitchen maximizes every inch of prep space. You’ll find an 18-cubic-foot residential refrigerator with dual freezer drawers flanked by a deep double-cabinet pantry for dry goods. Ample counters and overhead cabinetry mean you won’t juggle pots and dishes when dinner arrives.

Retreat to the front primary suite, where washer/dryer hookups await your stackable pair in a dedicated closet. A tilted, wood-framed 32″ TV sits opposite the residential-style bed, with a dresser at its foot, built-in counters and drawers for linens, and—best of all—a spacious walk-in closet. It’s the sort of over-the-top storage Montana is known for.

Specs

  • Length: 43’10”
  • Dry Weight: 16,055 pounds
  • Cargo Capacity: 2,955 pounds
  • Sleeps: Up to 7

The North Point 390CKDS has a loft and rear entry/exit similar to the High Country 381TB. This provides independence for guests and an excellent spot for kids to sleep or to store luggage.

The layout boasts dual opposing sides in the living room, a central kitchen with an island, and a king bed in the front bedroom. In the rear suite, there’s a queen bed bedroom and a loft with three 30” x 80” bunk mats. Notes of interior luxury include residential kitchen appliances, hardwood-glazed drawers, cabinets with black hardware, and pool-style wrap-over handles for the loft for easy ascending and descending, especially for kids. However, the only concern might be allowing small kids in a camper this luxurious in the first place!

Notably, with a 102” wide-body design, the North Point is six inches wider than the standard 8’ wide fifth wheel frame. Other selling points include two hisper-Quiet air conditioners in the bedroom and living room, plus a ceiling fan to circulate air. Additionally, North Point fifth wheels come standard with Climate Shield™ zero-degree tested weather protection, so your crew is covered in hot and cold climates.

Outside, this two-bedroom 5th wheel has an outdoor kitchen, two powered awnings, an automatic leveling system, and pass through storage with slam latches. On top of that, expect features like the JayCommand® Smart RV system, JaySMART™ LED lighting, and a wireless remote control system with dimmer switches and Bluetooth capability for all interior and exterior lighting.

Specs

  • Length: 42’9”
  • Dry Weight: 12,904 pounds
  • Cargo Capacity: 2,596 pounds
  • Sleeps: Up to 6

The bunk loft above the second bedroom on the Salem Hemisphere 375FAM is one of the largest on our list. It provides extra headroom and two twin mattresses for guests or kids. Plus, occupants will love the cubby storage and shelves for each bed.

This two-bedroom fifth wheel also features two access doors, one on the camp side and the other on the RV’s back wall. The guest bedroom features a full bathroom with a sliding door for convenient access. The “guest” bedroom offers a 66” x 80” queen bed and dual wardrobes around a central dresser.

The front bedroom also has plenty to offer, starting with the sliding barn-style closet doors. This full-width closet is one of the largest in any luxury fifth wheel. Plus, the primary bedroom offers a dresser, a bench for sitting to lace up hiking shoes, and washer-dryer prep. The main bathroom sits just outside the bedroom door, which makes it easy for guests staying in the loft to use it without waking you up.

While the middle living room and kitchen feel more contained, the central island with a flip-up counter extension makes cooking prep as convenient as ever. The walk-in pantry reveals spacious shelves for abundant dry storage. You also get theater seating across from the entertainment center and a freestanding dinette.

Keystone Cougar Hero Edition 364BHL

Specs

  • Length: 39’
  • Dry Weight: 11,718 pounds
  • Cargo Capacity: 2,282 pounds
  • Sleeps: Up to 10

The Keystone Cougar Hero Edition 364BHL takes the concept of a two-bedroom fifth wheel and adds some distinctive style and capability. Up front, you enter the primary suite to find a queen-size bed flanked by nightstands and overhead cabinets. The wall opposite the bedroom door features a deep wardrobe slide, which includes abundant clothing storage and a linen closet that extends into the bathroom.

The heart of the rig is a chef’s island kitchen in the middle of the living space. You get a stainless-steel undermount sink, ample surrounding countertop for meal prep, a 16-cubic-foot residential refrigerator, and a deep pantry, accessible by double doors, to stow bulk groceries. Opposite, a tri-fold sleeper sofa faces the entertainment center, making it easy to gather everyone for movie nights or a big game. That sofa effectively provides a third queen-size bed.

The rear “guest suite” doubles as a true second bedroom suited for a family with young kids. A lower 54” x 74” bunk is topped by a 54” x 74” lofted sleeping area that’s perfect for kids or extra gear. Conveniently, right next to it sits a private half-bath with its own entry door so guests can come and go without traipsing through the rest of the coach.

What makes the Hero Edition unique is its signature Hero Edition full-body gelcoat paint job, tinted into the fiberglass for deeper saturation and topped with clear-coat protection to resist UV fade. In 2025, the Hero Edition also includes frameless windows, a glass entry door, blackout rims, and green LED exterior accent lighting.

In addition, you get your choice of Keystone’s SolarFlex™ packages and their “Towing with Confidence” upgrade (anti-lock trailer brakes, heavy-duty sway bars, and suspension) and an auto-leveling system.

What RV Has Two Full Bathrooms?

Many fifth wheels with two bedrooms also feature two full bathrooms. Additionally, many include a rear door so guests enjoy independence with their own bedroom, bathroom, and entry and exit. All five models on this list are two-bedroom, two-bathroom fifth wheels.

Of course, other bunkhouse fifth wheels have two bathrooms. Examples include the Salem Hemisphere 356QB, Grand Design Influence 3704BH, and CrossRoads Volante 377LF. These are great for camping with kids who need quick access to the bathroom at night.
